The Friends of Amateur Rocketry: Oxidizers Uninhibited Tournament (FAR-OUT) hosted by the Friends of Amateur Rocketry is proud to once again partner with the Mojave Air & Space Port (MASP) for the FAR-OUT 2026 competition.

A premier aerospace and aviation innovation hub, the Mojave Air & Space Port has mission partners such as Stratolaunch, Virgin Galactic, The National Test Pilot School, Scaled Composites, Astrobotic, Vast, Impulse, and more, in addition to being an active airport.

FAR-OUT is partially held at MASP facilities; the Conference on May 27th and Closing Ceremonies on June 1st will be held in the Stuart O. Witt Event Center at 1247 Poole St, directly at the airport. In addition, Rocketeers from participating teams will have the opportunity during the conference to tour some of the test sites of some of MASP's mission partners. In addition, the MASP team has helped immensely every year behind-the-scenes on the logistics side, helping the FAR-OUT organizers put on a larger and larger competition every year.

We are grateful for the Mojave Air & Space Port’s continued support for FAR-OUT and hope to continue our partnership for the years to come.
